Capital Network Leasing Corporation Recognized as 5th Best Place to Work in LA by the Los Angeles Business Journal
Los Angeles, September 25, 2007 - Capital Network Leasing Corporation (CapNet) was recently ranked #5 on the List of Best Places to Work in LA for 2007 by the Los Angeles Business Journal. This countywide survey and awards program was designed to identify, recognize and honor the best places of employment in Los Angeles County, benefiting the region's economy, its workforce and businesses. The Best Places to Work in LA list is made up of 60 companies split into three groups: 5 small-sized companies (15-24 employees), 40 medium-sized companies (25-249 employees) and 15 large-sized companies (250 or more employees).

Companies from every industry entered a two-part process in order to determine the Best Places to Work in LA. The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company's workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics (25% of the total evaluation) and the second part (75% of the total evaluation) consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. "But to truly be considered a great place to work, a company must do more than give its workers generous benefits and a good salary," said Richard Clough of the LA Business Journal. "The Best Places to work often foster an environment of respect and recognition rooted in interpersonal relationships among employees at all levels."
Best Companies Group, a professional firm located in Harrisburg, PA, managed the overall registration and survey process with assistance from ModernThink LLC, who analyzed the data and used their expertise to determine the final rankings. CapNet was recognized and honored at the Best Places to Work in LA awards reception on Tuesday, September 18, 2007, hosted by the Los Angeles Business Journal at the Millennium Biltmore Hotel in Downtown Los Angeles. The final rankings were revealed at the lunch gathering to a crowd of nearly 500 business professionals.
