Armita Dalal
Vice President Operations
As Vice President of Operations at CapNet, Armita Dalal oversees Operations, Human Resources and Cost
Analysis for the company. After working in accounting and operations for some of the top financial institutions
in the US, Armita joined the CapNet team in 2005 and immediately spearheaded several projects to support the
company’s quick expansion. She has since facilitated CapNet’s continued growth by implementing several
technologies and standardized procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
Armita graduated from San Jose State University with a BA in Business Administration and Accounting. She
started her career as an Auditor with Deloitte and Touche and joined Cisco Systems after two years where she
held a position as Financial Analyst for their International Division. Throughout her career, Armita has been very
active in running and organizing events for a number of non-profit organizations.

Andre Olaofe
Vice President Vendor Services
As Vice President of Vendor Services for CapNet, Andre Olaofe oversees all aspects of management, training
and performance for the Vendor Sales Division. He joined CapNet in 2006, after deciding he wanted to be part of
a team whose aggressive goals would utilize the skill sets he had developed over the years. Under his guidance,
CapNet Vendor Services is positioned to become the leading source of financing for equipment vendors nationwide.
Andre started his leasing career in 1996 as a Sales Representative for Balboa Capital after completing his Graduate
Degree in Sales and Marketing. He was quickly promoted to Sales Manager in 1998 and became Branch Manager
of Balboa’s Los Angeles office in 1999. As a top performing rep in a sales force of over 100 people, he led his company
to new heights of success. Andre’s personal approach to managing was the key to Balboa’s overwhelming success
over the next 8 years.

Shervin Rashti
Vice President Commercial Lending
As Vice President of Commercial Lending for CapNet, Shervin Rashti currently manages the company’s Commercial
Lending Department. He joined CapNet in 2006, bringing on a myriad of lending sources for structured, non-bankable
and mid- to large-ticket transactions. Under Shervin’s management, CapNet’s Commercial Lending Division is quickly
becoming an industry leader. The products offered under this division are proving to be a huge asset to our
customers looking to acquire new businesses, restructure debt, or purchase assets that don’t fit under traditional
lending guidelines.
Shervin earned his BS from UC Riverside in 1998. Over the course of the next 7 years, he built 3 successful start-up
businesses acquiring funding and taking them to market. Through his experiences working with a multitude of
investment groups, he began managing a multi-million dollar equipment leasing portfolio. In one year, Shervin had
surpassed all of the portfolio’s abilities and was looking to join a company that had the resources and infrastructure
to support a commercial lending division.

Nikki Rojas
Vice President Credit
As Vice President of Credit at CapNet, Nikki Rojas currently oversees the Credit and Documentation Departments
while implementing policies and procedures to help streamline deal flow. Nikki’s expertise in credit management and
extensive knowledge of the equipment leasing industry has strengthened CapNet’s ability to service our customers
quickly and efficiently.
Nikki began her career in credit management in 1998 assisting the Vice President of Credit at Balboa Capital. She was
quickly promoted to Internal Auditor, responsible for managing all warehouse lines and overseeing portfolio sales. In
2004 she was asked to help Five Point Capital grow their business as Credit and Funding Manager. Nikki rebuilt the
credit, funding and documentation departments from the ground up and led Five Point to new levels of success before
joining Capital Network in 2006.
